Every effort is made to protect your frame during the stringing process.​​
 

Cracked/broken frames cannot be accepted. All rackets are visually inspected for structural integrity before commencing stringing; if structural damage is identified at any point then the service will cease and the customer will be advised and asked to collect.

Rackets cannot be guaranteed during the re-stringing service due to the stresses and fractures that can generate ‘out of sight’ during use on court, which can substantially affect the integrity of the racket structure. Therefore we can't accept liability for cracks in the frame, including any that may be amplified during the re-stringing process.

We will only string rackets within the manufacturer’s recommended tension range. Requests for tensions beyond the recommended range are not accepted.
